Booking is simple. Visit our online schedule, choose your desired class, and reserve your spot. We look forward to welcoming you.

Yes. Whether you’re new to Pilates or an experienced athlete, our high-intensity classes are designed to challenge and support all levels. Our instructors are here to guide you throughout.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in, orientation, and to get comfortable with the reformer. This ensures you’re fully prepared before class begins.

Returning clients should arrive 5 minutes prior to class to settle in and prepare for the workout.

We offer complimentary on-site parking with plenty of available spaces for a smooth and stress-free arrival.

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class to retain your class credit.

To cancel or modify a booking, please log into your account through our website or use the KŌR Modern Pilates app. Cancellations via email or DM will not be accepted.

Class Packages:
Late cancellations or missed classes will result in a lost class credit.

Memberships:
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a lost class credit and a $20 penalty fee.

If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot opens, you’ll be automatically added to the class.

Grip socks are required for safety and stability. If you don’t have a pair, they are available for purchase at the front desk.

Please bring grip socks, a water bottle, and your KŌR energy. All necessary equipment will be provided.

Yes. Our instructors can offer modifications based on your needs. Please speak with your instructor before class so they can best support you.

We recommend checking with your doctor first. Let your instructor know, and they’ll offer safe modifications.

Yes, we have a bottled water station where you can refill your bottle during your workout.

Your first class will be an invigorating, full-body workout designed to push your strength, endurance, and focus. You’ll start with a quick orientation to the reformer to get comfortable with the equipment. During the class, expect a dynamic sequence of exercises targeting all major muscle groups. Our instructors will guide you through each movement, ensuring you maintain proper form and technique. Don’t worry if it feels intense at times, our instructors will offer modifications and adjustments to match your fitness level. By the end of the class, you’ll feel stronger, energized, and ready for more!

All participants must reserve their own spot in advance. For the safety and comfort of all clients, unbooked guests are not permitted.

Items left behind will be held for 7 days. Due to limited space, unclaimed items will be donated or discarded after that period.
